What's up with U2.com?

Is the new U2.com site up and running yet?Everytime I go there I still get the temperary site,is there another link to get to it?Also,the cost...is it monthly or yearly?And how come you now have to pay to be in zootopia when before you didn't have to?And I see you can only buy 2 tickets to the concert?What it someone wants to go with more than one person?I know this was probably already talked about,but I'm still confused about some of the new things.Any one know?Thanks.
