Nobody really knows when the new album will be released (later this year? Spring? A year from now?), but what would make you raise your eyebrows at the content?

I haven't laughed that hard in a week.
thank you. :sexywink:

The first single is "God Bless the IRA"

Maybe this is just me but I think thats really offensive to ppl from here (Belfast), terrorist groups arent the most popular bunch of people around these parts and i really doubt U2 would release a song praising any terrorist group IRA, PIRA or mocking the UVF or UDA especially since they are killing ppl again :tsk: :|

Lara, I included that option to be funny. OF COURSE U2 would never put out a song praising the IRA or any terrorist group; it was meant to be ironic.

did ya notice the sexy kangaroo?

my first thought would be for it not to sound like atyclb, since it sounds like most of the songs on it will be unused songs. but to go with one of the options, i'd say god bless the ira. :mac:

LMAOOOOO I don't even know where to begin.

In all seriousness I want a song like WOWY......MAKE ME CRY, BONO

I could just see Bono doing gangsta rap. He'd have the pants at the knees, hat sideways, basketball shirt, and a big gold chain that says "Drop the Debt".

i want Edge do bass , Larry for vocals , adam lead guitar and bono for drum kit , it will be something ...........trust me

LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
H to the Bono
V to the Larray

LMFAO @ this thread (esp the quality kangaroo porn ;))

I had a hard time deciding between "Adam sings lead vocals" and "it sucks." Although I daresay, having had the opportunity to hear Adam's, er, 'vocal stylings,' I'm not entirely sure there's a difference. :p

Basically, the album still has the potential to be good if any of the choices happen except for the last one. So, the most surprising thing overall would have to be if the album sucked.

Didn't Bono once say something to the effect that he is a frustrated guitarist, Larry is a frustrated singer and Edge is a frustrated drummer? And all Adam ever wanted to do was play bass?
