What songs would you like U2 to play at Live 8 ?

U2, as well many other bands as Pink Floyd reunited are about to play at the new Live Aid... that´s a very special moment for the music...

so what songs should they play that night ?

Let´s take no more than 4 songs:

Here´s my setlist:

1- Sunday Bloody Sunday ( The Edge solo Pop Mart Version )
2- Bad ( Full band, extended version with Walk On The Wild Side and other songs )
3- Running To Stand Still ( Full band, Lovetown Version )
4- The First Time ( First ever performance of this fantastic song, it would be a poingnant ending )

I really believe, given this is a very special moment, 20 years after that fantastic 1985 performance, that the band should go with a humble attitude, not sunglasses, not black clothes, no playing Beautiful Day or Vertigo or Elevation. I hope they won´t spoil their performance by promoting HTDAAB at the event

I don´t know my friends, but I don´t want them to play the songs you named here that´s completely predictable. Almost at every act U2 play One, Streets, Pride (in the name of love) or Beautiful Day.

I really think it´s time for something different, who need yet another event performing the same songs again and again ?

Thank God Bono did drag out "Bad" at the first Live Aid - if he hadn't gone for the spectacular version of "Bad" we and the world would of got to see a mediocre "Pride" and the band wouldn't be were they are today. My 4 picks would be as follows...
