What lyric should I put on my U2 shirt?

Alternatively, you could make a banner/flag with a message - probably more likely to catch Bono's eye.

I took a Scottish flag to Paris (before they had arranged a couple of dates in Scotland) with the message:

U2 and Scotland: Far Away

(So Close)


And Bono read it out during Streets....:drool::hyper::faint:

As for a T-shirt though, how bout:

Front: "U Give us love and peace 2"
Back: "(Or Else)"

this is a tough one 'cause most U2 lyrics make awesome t-shirt slogans. I would have to go with.

DUDE!! and I thought I was the only one who loved that song... :drool: one of the best on UF and I love those lyrics paticularly.

I really like, "Take this shirt/polyester white trash made in nowhere," "Won't you tell me something true?," "Lookin' for a sound that's gonna drown out the world," (that could have some cool picture, like a distorted pic of Edge playin guitar), "Dream Out Loud," "Too Much is Not Enough," "Give me what I want and no one gets hurt," and "beLIEve" (except that's also the name of a Disturbed album, and they have lie all highlighted and everything... took it from ZooTV, I tell ya!)

some other ideas... (I like this thread; I need to make some shirts!!)
