WOW U2s performance was awesome after the MTV screw up! Cool lighting effects and the band and BONO sounded awesome! Stuck sounded very mellow next to Elevation. It was beautiful though, and I hope the kids appreciated it. Thats cool what they did with the Ramones!
I was kind of angry to see a good section of the hip hoppers sitting down when U2 were accepting their award.
Can't believe how many awards n'snync won. U2s only award win was the vanguard award correct? Well, its only MTV.

Wow, that was horrible. An awful awful medley (elevation and stuck, what the hell. just play one) . . . stuck in a moment is an incredibly lame song, i swear the audience reaction shots showed the Backstreet Boys gasping in horror because U2 stole material from the new BB album. It's like, we're in this strange time continuum where U2 and NSync have changed places. . . Where NSync is doing the interesting stuff at the VMA's and U2 is doing the boring safe stuff. . . yikes! (hums. . . this must be . . pop!)
