Very funny - just saw this tonight. The red-headed guy on letterman who does the announcing - I believe his name is Alan - Dave decided to show the "new music video" Alan stars in - and proceeded to show the iPod Vertigo commercial!
It started out normal, then suddently you see a new silhouette of Alan (where only his head was showing normal with silly smiling face) dancing around to the music.
At the end, one of the original sihouettes "knees" him in the crotch and he falls over.
When they finish showing the commercial, Alan comments "the music keeps me young, Dave!"
Actually pretty hilarious, and more big exposure for Vertigo!
