USA Network using 'New York' for U.S. Open Closing Montage

Tonight was the USA Network's final night of U.S. Open coverage(since the semis and finals are on CBS) and they had a closing montage just now at the end of their coverage and 'New York' was the song the video montage was set to

I would imagine that U2 has given permision to all US networks to use their songs. US networks use U2 songs more than any other band. I don't think it's even close, especially durring NFL broadcasts.
