U2's Island records debut - 25 years ago today

Today is the silver anniversary of U2's debut release on Island - 11 o'Clock Tick Tock. I've got the 7" single but unfortunately I don't have a turntable anymore. Shame.

It's a kinda Silver Lining day

I usta work at a record store - ah the good old early 80s. I remember all the singles coming out. Not that I bought them at the time. Wondering if I have any - will have to look sometime. I remember the 4paks...
