I've worked out to Popmart shows before. Mofo is a great start to any workout!

i did that once...i actually tried syncronizing my steps with the "pop pop pop pop" in pop muzik haha

All Because Of You

Desire
Mofo
Angel Of Harlem
Sunday Bloody Sunday

The Fly
Levitate
All Because Of You

I usually start my runs with these three songs, which are followed by more random songs. The above three really get me pumped and moving well quickly!

Lots of great suggestions here for workouts.
Here's a couple for cooling down afterwards:

The First Time and WITS are great for meditating if you like that kind of thing.... or just zoning out after a good run!

WITS makes me feel like I am floating sometimes!! :)

One Tree Hill and In God's Country are my go to songs when I start to run.

Many of the others already listed are also on my "U2 workout" playlist.

Don't run to U2

Running = pain

If you listen to U2 while you run, then you'll associate U2 with pain

What I listen to when I go to the Gym.

Beautiful Day.
New Years Day
All Because of You
Vertigo
Native Son
Always
Elevation
City of Blinding Lights
Discoteque

I like to start my runs with

A Day Without Me

some other good ones are

Out of Control

Seconds

Two Hearts Beat As One

Bullet the Blue Sky

In God's Country

and of course

Running to Stand Still,
