this is in New York shortly after 9/11, they brought rescue workers up on stage during walk on, and followed it with out of control to end the show

there are a couple speeches from the rescue workers before and after the song, and its really touching

Thank you very much for posting this video clip. I'd heard a lot about the end of this show, but I never thought I'd see video of it. I'd heard that U2 themselves had their own private video of it, but I doubted we'd ever see it.

These are the kinds of more uplifting things I'm trying to plant in my permanent memory of September 11 (since we all have so many terrible memories to draw upon). Thanks again for a very meaningful and positive post.
