i just got bored and thought there is probably enough songs to make an album about New York City, my album list would probably be:-

Hmmm.... from a quick run-through on my iPOD, how about "Stay"? That might be good!! Another one might be "The Unforgettable Fire". "Gloria" could work. "Zoo Station" is a possibility. "Discotheque" and "Last Night On Earth", maybe? "Surrender" is a great one! I hope I helped!

I can actually see how Streets could work, as it was the performance of Streets in October 2001 that inspired COBL. Not a strong connection though, and certainly nothing to do with the song's original theme. A boot of one of the October 2001 performances would be appropriate though.

I've also heard Bono claim Indian Summer Sky was about New York ... and, on other occasions, Toronto.
