No it isn't. In fact, they just dropped the price down to $279.

But they did not increase the hard drive size.

i've been debating all summer whether or not to get one.
input, anyone?
does anyone here recommend a non-iPod mp3 player? for functions like FM tuner and voice recorder built in?

another thing i was wondering was how easily do bootlegs get sorted by the iPod? do they get all jumbled up? i know everything is automated and you have to drag it into iTunes first, and you can't just drag it straight onto the iPod...but can you drag it straight onto the harddrive and create your own folders and stuff with a non iPod mp3 player?

On my MP3 player i had before my U2 Ipod i was able to arrange the bootlegs in order simply by changing their name to have a number at the start, so the MP3 player then places them in order. If no number is given they will just go in alphabetical order.
Also it allowed me to create folders for it using WMP.

It doesnt really go in auto if you don't want it to..The new Ipods now are starting at Auto, but if you don't like it go to the Itunes preferences and change it...Very easy..In Itunes itself the Itunes rearranges everything, but you could manually do everything on the Ipod if you want to...
