I just got an email from U2.com saying that they recieved my inquiry about not recieving a code letter etc... but that they have no record of me in their system and therefore cannot help me. But they did go on and on telling about what I can get and access by joining the U2.com site for only $40 and how wonderful my life could be....blah blah blah. Well maybe they could have found me in the system if they had SPELLED MY NAME RIGHT. I swear, whatever system they are using for this is really really poorly managed. I know it's only a difference of $20 bucks, but I dont feel I should have to spend it if I dont have to, I already paid for a subscription. ARGH!

I'm at the point that I'm feeling, no matter what- I know I'm going to see the tour, maybe I'll just take my chances with tickets. U2.com sucks.

End of rant.
