I think that MTV's TV listings page doesn't show that it'll be airring tomorrow.

Apparently Bono's shown in a special about politics on VH1 that's airring before the 25 Greatest Protest Songs countdown.

You may want to check your local listings for the correct air times. I got two different results when I checked TVGuide.com and Zap2it.com.

SBS comes in at number 8 on the 25 Greatest Protest Songs special. Bono is shown earlier in the program for segments about Do They Know It's Christmas and Sun City.

Crap!!! I was so excited about the MTV's U2 Makes a Video. I am on my fall break from culinary school this week, and I was so happy because I would be home to watch that making the video thing. I can't see the show now that it has been moved to the 29th because I am catering a meal for my church. I can't believe my luck! I wish that I had TiVO! It is a conspiracy! They don't want me to see them...well poop on you...you doo-doo heads!

I am going to protest...from this day on I will never look at anything that has to do with U2 ever again....Ohhhhhh yeah....it's Leather Day on PLEBA! Yeah, like I have that much self control, I'm one who can't even go a whole day without being on here...I'm a sad sad person!

I noticed that the MTV page wasn't listing U2 for tomorrow and wondered what had happened. *Phew*

For the Oct 29....does that mean 12:00 AM as in midnight on Thurs 28th, or 12 noon on Fri? (Sorry to be such a dummy....I just want to make DOUBLY sure...b/c if it's midnight on Thurs the 28th I will be able to record it myself, instead of Mom).

The way U2 are treated on MTV these days I am not surprised that they're ghettoized out of Prime Time.

Hey I noticed my Tivo schedule has been updated and now the U2 special is not listed...damn!!!

I'll have to keep an eye on October 29th...I haven't seen anything just yet on the Tivo schedule.

I've seen the both the vh1 programs on music in politics and the 25 Greatest Protest songs. Not bad for VH1... for a change.

Making the Video is premiering on MTV at midnight/ 11:00 P.M. I keep checking this site to make sure:

I am sooo gonna record this! And I wonder why they moved it to later at night? The first time, it said it would be on at 10:00 or 10:30. Maybe there's something naughty in it...

MTV's Making the Video is only 30 minutes. The proper video usually premiers at the end of the half hour.
