Appreciation of everything U2 from the War album through The Unforgettable Fire, then from Rattle & Hum up to the R&H singles versions/B-sides, and then the Passengers project/HMTMKMKM single. Oh yeah, and A Celebration b/c it was released Oct '82 and that's really close to being 1983.

1995- Agreed again

1988/89 - hmmm...Bono's rhetoric got a bit overblown, R&H was good but not as good as JT

You guys made me laugh, whereas my post was meant to make you laugh. Typhoon got the point ("I had to draw a diagram").

This thread just pokes fun at the '1980-1998' and '1979-1999' appreciation threads. I didn't know anyone would take it seriously. Maybe we have over analyzed everything to the point that a thread like this actually makes sense to us.
