I used google translator, which said "Of continuation some songs that could enter to the inside of the new disc of the U2 :"

so they aren't claiming to have the tracklist. you can tell a tracklist isn't true if you've heard of all the song titles before

Also, looking at a translation of that article, they basically plagiarised alot of my info/work on the New Album Info page I created - i.e., the mention of BRMC and garage rock, etc.

That tracklist was obviously posted way before it was revealed that they ended up being the same song.

I think we'll see the real tracklist in early December, just a guess.
