Yes that's right. They got rid of Vinnie and didn't even play a U2 song (as expected). I'm never watching that show again...

90% of the people here probably won't know what that means.

But for the 10% who do, which U2 song would have been appropriate for that scene?

It probably woun't make any sense whatsoever to residents of Northern America. Or Southern America for that matter. Come to think of it, Central America is out too.
