The Song - Invisible Sun (could this have been a U2 Song?)

I was listening to a boot I have from the amnesty 86 show with U2 and The Police and listening to the lyrics for me they dont really sound like a typical Police song they sound more like U2 lyrics....... The only thing I think that made it a Police song was Stings voice.

I don't know. It's definitely a classic Police song to me... I kind of see where you're coming from, though, since the song's about The Troubles, and U2's no stranger to that.

I don't get much of a U2 vibe from the lyrics in that song. It sounds very Police to me.

Listen to U2 play it, they do a great job, but the Police own it.
