I would say, either Beautiful Day or COBL. Those would probably work the best for this game. I can't believe BD hasn't been picked already! 
As much as I love Numb, singing wise, there's nothing much to it. Pretty much just Edge's mumbling and Bono's (awesome) falsettos.

I voted for Zoo Station. Before the project began if you would have asked me to vote for one of those songs I would have never even thought about choosing Zoo Station. But having heard the results thus far I just think Zoo Station will sound extremely cool in that format especially if you can find someone with a voice that can do the higher, dreamy vocal parts. I like the idea of doing Numb or COBL but I really think Zoo Station would end up sounding the best of all of those songs in that format.

A couple I've suggested before during the game:
Beautiful Day
Electrical Storm
and
Pride
Why is SBS not on the list?
Some others I thought would be fun to do while I read the list:

Gone
Walk on

I can understand why a lot of people think Numb would be fun to do. But I don't think it will turn out to sound all that great.

I saw which songs have received the most votes.
If I base my vote on that, it's gonna be COBL.

So I'm gonna make my vote pretending that I didn't see the results.
And which works really well with my location too!
One last thing, I'm all for a second round of voting like disco suggested!

Gah COBL would be great for an actual attempt at a cover.
For an Interferers song you need to pick something that would be humorous, not hideous.
