The 'highs and lows', of Bono's voice........

I have been sitting over the past few weeks trying to work out which songs have Bono singing his highest note, and one him singing his lowest, and I have come to these two:

Highest note = Ultraviolet (Light My Way)
Lowest note = Falling at Your Feet (MDH ST)

So, am I right?
If not, then has anyone any other answers?

Just so as I can listen, to know, ya know?

yeah it is high, but the bit where he sings and now we're 'lying' = well, the 'lying' note sounds a little higher than Lemon, ya know?

Lemon has the falsetto, UV does not.

You have to have a highest falsetto, and highest NON falsetto category.

Think of the live version of Please - that's the falsetto. Way higher than Lemon.

In the NAME...(of love), is quite high.

Actually I was gonna say I figured UV would have the falsetto, as it seems like he is 'pushing' his voice at that point.......

But, u no me, unsmart, uncool.....

How about "I still haven't found?"

I remember watching a documentary once where Daniel Lanois was commenting on Bono's voice..how it's not Bass or Alto, but halfway between. I think then (JT days) Bono's highest range (sans falsetto) was "A"

Bono hits a B in Pride (non falsetto - this is harder to sing high than falsetto)
but he actually belts out a C in Angel of Harlem (the 'yeah! yeah!' part) and Red Hill Mining Town... although he doesnt hold it long

other taxing songs are A Sort of Homecoming and Bad, he hits a B in each of these.

It should be noted that to be able to hit a B is damn impressive.

As for the lower range, Exit and Velvet Dress are pretty low.

Well, I'm not an expert, no way...but my picks are:
for highest - Red Hill Mining Town (I'm crazy about this song, really underrated)
for lowest - Exit

Highest: Lemon, and the live version of In A Little While (he hit's an A-flat below high C in the falsetto - that's freaking high!).

Lowest: He pushes a low E in the first verses of New York, and the first 2 verses of Velvet Dress hover around there, even dipping down to E-flat occasionally. E-flat is approaching the lower limits of true basses, so Bono's got quite the range going.

All I know is that there are very few U2 songs that I can sing on pitch with Bono. I generally have to drop the octave. The Fly and Until the End of the World are a couple I can sing w/ Bono. My falsetto range is almost as high as Bono's but my chest voice just doesn't like anything much above middle c. Anywho...

If you where that velvet dress is quite low...haven't heard Blue Room though. I'd say Can't Help Falling in Love is the highest.

IMHO

High: I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For

Low: The Wanderer (no, j/k)

Low: Your Blue Room

ISHFWILF is so damn hard to sing on karaoke... I choke on that every time.

highest: hmmmm. what about When love comes to town?

lowest: Until the end of the world.
oooops, how could i forget?
"i just got a place in New York" line has to be the lowest Bono has ever sung.
