The Best Buy Promo CD - questions

Howdy folks!

Being a collector of U2 cd singles and stuff, I have some questions about this promo cd.

Is this item already out of print? Can you still find it at Best Buy?

The sleeve for this item has the Best Buy logo on the front and back. Are these stickers or are they actually printed on the cardstock?

Is this item exclusive to the USA? (since they are the only country with Best Buy stores)

For people that ordered the DVD from BestBuy.com. Was this cd offered to you online?

I am from Canada and I am really curious about this cd. Future Shop in Canada was recently bought out by Best Buy USA. However, there seems to be no indications that this promo cd will be offered in Canada when the DVD is released here.

I might have to go hunting!

The only ones are they are not still available- I've tried to get more for people- and the Best Buy logo IS printed onto the sleeve.
