Tell me something about a moment in the U2 'Pride' vid...

Now I LOOOOOOOVE this video and all, but tell me;
.. what is the 'meaning' of it showing those people sitting in the seats, and then them vanishing?

Was it representing 'ghosts of the past or something?????????????
Or is it just for video and Im reading into it a little unusually (its just that videos have a meaning to the song - right?)

Well I am not sure what their meaning on that is, but I just had to say that I was completely and utterly obsessed with this video at one point of my life and would watch it for hours on end, I would specifically rewind the part when Bono slowly removes his jacket, like lets it fall off to the side .... anyone else enjoy that part?

I am sure someone with more knowledge will answer this soon, but I think that version of the video was filmed in a school that one or more of the boys went to, or one they had been to as a child or something, but the vanishing to me represents them growing up...

Those kids in that video weren't nearly cute enough to be them I love the moment when Bono jumps off the stage
