Apparently this is the demo version (not to be confused with what's on the Second Best of Collection) of Sweetest Thing. The video isn't anything important (just a bunch of kittens), but it's an interesting piece of U2 song history.

The kittens are adorable. The demo's good too, but it's just a minor detail.
