I just love how they block out the person's face in the picture

Exactly.

IMO, there is something REALLY special about having something signed by the band personally. However, if and when I become desperate (as I don't have any of their signatures yet), I might have to resort to buying.

OK-I can't find a pic of him in the navy sweatshirt, but the face and camo hat look like Bono to me. But I don't even want to know how much this person eventually gets for the football-ugh.

besides the seller and buyer are both pathetic.

having something signed, imo, is a signifier of having met them. you look at the sigs and remember the moment. at least that's the way it is for me with my PopMart tour program(I have 3 of 4 sigs in the middle fold out with the big pictures, I'm still waiting for Bono to come over)

for me having something bono probably signed would mean nothing. especially a few hundred $
