I think "Soon" is just a teaser version of "Kingdom".

Still strange they decided to release a 2 minute "song" on a 7" vinyl.

Actually, the vinyl is simply the recording of Bono singing "ten inch cockatoo" that they edited out of the actual show over and over and over and over on both sides.
