There is a Bono, Arkansas so I think its probably from their parade.

But do you think they put the shades on Santa because of Bono? I wonder if there were any other Bono references in that parade? I'm also surprised that they still use the Confederate flag in a parade. It used to be common here in VA, schools even used it in addition to the American flag, but the last 10 years or so it's become so villianized no one would be allowed to have it in a parade! Must be hardcore rednecks, yeehaw

That town is so small, they probably don't even know who Bono is! And it is a little shocking to see the stars and bars backing up Santa on a parade float...then again, Santa is on a Harley so I guess its not a traditional parade
