So which tour was best at re-working older songs?

Good question!

I'd say ZooTV.

Let's look at the songs that were redone beautifuly:

Angel Of Harlem-The stripped down version made the song a lot of fun for the crowd!

Bullet-Wow! All I can say is wow! The guitar riff during the verses and the solo made this version the best.

Running To Stand Still-Beautiful guitar, spine chilling version.

With Or Without You- My favorite version of this song.

Bad- This one could be disputed, but I just love the version from England with the electric violin or whatever that guy was playing.

Desire-"You're fucking beautiful!" Very different, but cool!

Ok let us look too: :)

I still haven't found what i'm looking for
The fly
Stay
Staring at the sun
Please
Gone
Mysterious ways

I agree with you on WOWY.

Dance to the Popmart,
dig it in the fast lane.
Listen to the countdown -
they're playing our song again.

I have to say Popmart did wonders to the old tunes such as:
"I will Follow"
"All I want is You"
"With or Without You"

- The Zoocifer -

Elevation has been good to the old tunes... I Will Follow (with that nifty middle part 'ring those bells...'), Sunday Bloody Sunday (get up, stand up...), Please, Stay, Bullet, and of course The Fly!

But I dunno I'd say it was the best at that.
