so i was at an antique store over the weekend

and i came across an issue of rolling stone, i believe it was dated sometime in december of 1989... there was a list of the top 100 albums of the 80's, joshua tree was #3.

guess what was #1?
the clash - london calling.

i forgot what was #2. probably thriller.

i wasn't dissapointed. i love the clash.

i am suprised it was #1 though and beat out thriller though.

oddly enough the store had michael jackson buttons and pins, when he was a few shades darker and had a different nose.

yeah, they had some things that were even more recent. but they had a lot of 80's nostalgia things, like alf lunchboxes and toys. this antique store was really really large, i felt like a goonie on an adventure.
