"You miss too much these days, if you start to DRINK." My little twist on the lyrics.

Yeah, you do! Well, I don't know from experience or anything, but i would think you would. We stood on our chairs in Chicago too and the security people kept coming by and telling us to get down, then we'd get right back up. I almost fell off my chair on SEVERAL occasions!

*I took a date and 2 other couples

*One of my friends almost thumped the person standing on a chair in front of him. He's a cool guy but when he gets pissed off, watch out.

*We had ground level seats at San Diego. I thought we'd be way at the back (couldn't tell in advance by seating charts and our seat numbers, etc.). It turned out our section didn't even exist. When we got to the show they took our tickets and gave us new ones which put us right in front of the B stage. Fookin unreal. (I bought tix through the MTV presale -- during which I was actually at work and got lucky and called just at the right time).

*Before U2 took the stage, I wandered over to an aisle and just then the band came running out with their security. They ran right down the aisle I was standing at. Very cool.

*Monster screen. Biggest ever.

*My one friend who doesn't own a single U2 CD and generally is lukewarm about them went to Zoo and PopMart with me and claimed each was "the greatest show [he] had ever seen."

*Love the animation, olive.

Pop Mart was cool but did not compare to JT or Elevation for me.

The martini and the Lemonnnnnnnnnn were awesome. I loved that! ( wish I had taken a picture of that lemon...)

I wasn't too big on the POP cd then,( i like it better now) so it wasn't my favorite u2 show, but it was still really really good. I mean, it's a U2 concert!!

Hey all,

Popmart at the LA coliseum was my first concert ever. I took 2 of my cousins who kind of liked them, but were not nuts for them like me. We were on the floor real close to the B-stage. Of course we had to stand on the chairs throughout the whole show. By the end of it one of my cousins goes " Shit that drummer guy is gorgeus....or am I just real drunk????"

Loved the show but must admit that I like the elevation tour better!!!
