They're showing in red because you've come from a search link, causing all of the words "stop", "the", and "poverty" to show in red.

The song is fake, created by theu2fly, and spread around by himself, zoomacphisto800, and a few others who have nothing better to do.
It's hard enough to decide if rumors about the new stuff are true. I think it's fine if people want to make up their own songs, setlists, album titles, and all that stuff.....but it's something different altogether to promote it as the real thing.
