Kite. The intro bugs me, with the fake strings and whatnot. I don't think the song really gets going until "I want you to know".

Once Kite is gone, COBL is next on my hitlist.

Wow this is sooo hard to do. I was completely prepared to vote YBR next, but it randomly was next up on my stereo in my car on the way home from a very stressful work weekend and it was so gorgeously relaxing to hear that I can't bring myself to vote for it now. What do I do now? :(

Agreed, oh yes I agree so much!

I just think that every other song left is better than Kite.

Yeah. It's not a bad song, and one of the best on ATYCLB (not as if that's hard, though), but it pales in comparison to most here.

I'd probably have gone with COBL if Kite's studio version sounded like it did on the Vertigo Tour, though.

Three sunrises, getting rid of Your Blue Room this early is just not allowed, it's better than half of the other songs here.

The Electric Co. is in 2nd place?

I guess I always under-estimate Interference's 90s love.
in my opinion "essential U2" will always be "80s U2"
but Electric Co isn't one of the reasons why

I also can't comprehend how it was voted the best song of Boy but that's just me

I'll go with The Three Sunrises.

Kite is one of, if not the best, of U2's output from this decade. Your Blue Room is gorgeous, and Electric Co. is awesome. None of those three deserve to go yet. I'd get rid of a couple more B-sides before I go that route.

I'm torn between Blue Room and Lady With the Spinning Head- seriously....LWTSH over Kite? COBL? no....
