Is That All? went crashing in the last round only managing a 5 making it the worst album track so far, while nobody cared about Father is an Elephant and that went even lower with a 3.4

This round we'll be moving on to War and we'll be voting on Sunday Bloody Sunday and Endless Deep, the polls will remain open for one day and you can vote on whatever version of the song you want

8 for me. The Fuck The Revolution performance is an easy 10, but taking into account the studio version and its entire live career, I think 8 is fairest.

9. Would be 10 if they could have found a way to give the studio version the balls it should have. The live versions definately made up for this though.

10. Will always love this song till the end. Live and studio are great but would've preferred the demo version over the final.

Blows away everything on the first two records. Probably the first song in this "song series" worthy of anything over an 8.

It might be cliche at this point but, it's true, the band wouldn't have made it if they had never stumbled onto this song. It sustained them over the years, in a strange way. If we can step back from the fact that it might be overplayed and that we've all heard it so many damn times...there's a chance that the opening 20 seconds of the song is the most immediately thrilling and instantly recognizable moment in the band's recorded career.

I gave it a 9. The version from Rattle and Hum is worthy of a 10. I like the studio version too though and really like Steve Wickham's fiddle.

given we can pick whichever version we want, i chose studio.

given it would have a minimal impact on the overall result, i couldn't resist. if i'd incorporated live it would have been much higher.

There is absolutely nothing in the studio version worthy of a score as low as 2. It still sounds like SBS to me. Well, to some degree. I will concede the song flows a bit better without the kazoo solo and 808 beats.

7. Not an amazing song, but some excellent live versions (namely Red Rocks, Rattle and Hum, all of this tour, and, to demonstrate its versatility, PopMart) rank very highly in my eyes and help to redeem the song.

And I do like the violin in the studio version.

9 from me love the studio version especially the violin and well live it's had some really amazing performances

One of the songs that made me the U2 fan that I am.
Rattle and Hum version is fantastic, but it's still one of those live songs that is still worthy of being played. Fantastic, borderline 10, but 9 for, ultimately.
