05 October (I bought this album in 1982, together with Boy, good songs... REJOICE!)

08 All that you can't leave behind (Kite is one of my U2 favorites, but the album has too many songs I don't like to listen... Grace, Wild Honey, Stuck, Peace on Earth, bwèrgh)
09 Under a Blood Red Sky (I don't know why they used fake audience....the original concert tapes sound much better)
10 Zooropa (Stay is great, the rest is average)
11 Pop (they even took a few years to make this record...)

I've heard the Bomb a couple of times....it sounds very good, but it's not my favorite. Maybe on spot 5 or 6 next month....

At the moment, it's very hard not to place HTDAAB in the #1 slot, because I feel overall it is a stronger album than Joshua Tree as a whole. However, before I come close to saying that it (or anything, for that matter) has topped Joshua Tree, I need a good amount of time for HTDAAB to fully sink in. It's very difficult to fully judge it so soon after getting it, but I'm confident in at least the #2 spot. We'll see how it stands up over the coming months and years

Yeah, I agree with you about War... decided to swap ATYCLB and War I love all of the albums, and it's very hard to see any of them towards the bottom, but I'm just going by which albums (as a whole) I enjoy the most.

honestly i was tempted to put HTDAAB in 3rd place...but it's too early and this poll should be done in 6 month time at least to get a more definitive placement. Having said that you gotta consider that from #4 downwards in my list there's a big gap: i consider Zooropa, AB and JT as all time classics (5 or even 6 stars out of 5) while the rest could be ranked frome average/mediocre (1-2 stars: Boy/October) to good/very good (4 stars: pop & war)

...I do the same... that's why Joshua Tree is so low on my list... I love every single song from this album, but it's just not for me as "an album"... it feels more like a "greatest hits" if you know what I mean... I just don't like it as an album (as a whole)...

It's hard to say that anyone likes the new album more than me, I think my neighbors memorize the lyrics to the whole album by now. But I just heard it a few days ago, and JT and AB have been around more than a decade and are my two favorite albums ever created. Future Prediction: Will move up to #2

4-10 seriously took me like 15 mins to make, their all so close and so good. The only definite is October at #11

So I searched within my soul and tried to come out with the most honest list I could... the numbers looks concrete, but really, some albums that are four of five places apart from each other are separated by the narrowest of margins... just speaks of how much quality are on U2 albums.
