Question for Mods and Administrators!

May we have some new guidelines for what is acceptable and unacceptable please?

First of all, I think the Mods do a great job and I don't want to sound like I'm cutting you down. But a lot of threads have been closed down where some threads that seem worse are not closed down.

I think it would solve a lot of problems if we just knew what we can and cannot say.

For example, a while ago, my cookie threads started getting closed down. Even though I admit that they were some pretty stupid threads, it seems funny that all these "bear" threads are A-OK!(though I do find these threads hilarious)

Again, I don't want to sound like I'm complaining.

I think why some people get pissed about their threads being closed is because they feel like there is a lack of consistency and favoritism.

So may we have some more guidelines please, just so people don't get all pissed off!

We're all here for one reason. We all love U2! But this is also a form of recreation. Personally, I love spending my free time here! So lets try to keep this place civilized yet have some fun!

There are rules and regulations set forth upon registration on this forum. Each registered member had to accept these rules and regulations. And most can and will be loosely interpreted depending on situations.

Some things considered crude or harsh to some may not to others. It's up to the moderators to decided what is able to let slide and what is too much.

Also, if a member is unsure of an extremely questionable post, they can feel free to email a mod or admistrator if they want to run it by them.
