Question About BO80-90, Pop, Zooropa, and iTunes

How come on iTunes these are partial albums? I know Pop is missing Wake Up Dead Man. Anyways will these no longer be partial once "The Complete U2" is released?

Zooropa doesn't have "Daddy's Gonna Pay" because the band samples from some artists and haven't got the permission yet or something....I believe "Wake Up Dead Man" also has a sample....not sure what the deal with the Best Of is.
