Problems with the u2.com membership (post here)

Hi,

I'm having a lot of trouble with the new membership acount.
First of all, I can't get into my mailbox, and I've heard nothing about the payment I've made. Has anyone out there heard something about this?
Bye the way, I like the new site, but it needs a lot of work.

I am having no luck getting into the membership forums.The only forum i can acess is the public area-anyone can go there I've sent them an e-mail but i'm not holding my breath

After some initial problems on Friday trying to figure out the subscription procedure, I've had no problems.

(Aside from the site itself being down yesterday).

read the "u2.com is officially up" thread - theres about 12 pages of problems people are having in there!

your problem is all to familiar
