In terms of bands right now, cooking up ideas, well the ones who are actually interested in U2 (assuming this from the start) you have to assume that if they are 'that' progressive, that Zooropa and Achtung don't have as much context, just like with a lot of the newbie fans on this board. They probably admire U2's approach as much as their sound, and probably emulate the big anthemic sound and delay tinged guitar more than anythig else, those are on nearly every album.

So in that case, the more universal album would appeal. And TJT would trump ATYCLB and HTDAAB for 10,000 reasons.
