I just heard Sepultura's version of Bullet The Blue Sky. Mmmm, don't like it.
But I was thinking, what if Pearl Jam covers this song? That would be amazing!!! I always thought Bullet the Blue Sky is the perfect Pearl Jam song!

Which song do you think, would be done better by another artist?

I don't know about a U2 song being better if sung by anyone else but ok:

The Strokes - I will follow or Out of control
Coldplay - Sweetest thing or Tryin to throw your arms around the world
White stripes - hmmm - Desire?

lasting career bands
REM - One or Walk on
Depeche Mode - Babyface
Radiohead - Numb
Pearl Jam - Until the end of the world
Metallica - Exit
Dave Matthews band - Running to stand still
(as long as we're thinking... Bon Jovi - All i want is you)

Good topic!!

Sugar Ray - Tryin? To Throw Your Arms Around The World and The Playboy Mansion
Legi?o Urbana or Capital Inicial (brazilian bands) - Stay (Faraway, So Close!)
Oasis - Staring At The Sun
Live - One
Tori Amos - Bad

Wow. I agree with a lot of these picks-I would love to hear some of these.

I think it'd be interesting to hear Tom Petty do "Wild Honey". I was listening to that song one day and it kinda sounds like something I could've heard Tom do on his Wildflowers album or something.
