U2 obviously play computer games, Civilisation III in particular. How do I know? Listen to the in-game music, then listen to the intro to Oots. Note perfect! Serious!

I play that game very often, and I haven't heard any of that. You mean that piano tune in the industrial age? I don't think so. They migth sound a bit alike, but I don't think Bono was playing Sid Meier and thought "hey, that tune is good!"
