I would like to state for the record that this round will close EARLY. It will simply close a bit too late for me to start the next round when this one closes, and I would like to return to the regular schedule.

However, due to the closeness of this round and my known affection for Promenade, I would like to publicly state a specific time when this will end, regardless of voting results (even if it is tied) so that there are no accusations of deliberately closing the round in my favour.

I will be commencing the next round at 6pm my time (3am US eastern time), which is a little under 2.5 hours away.

If anyone seriously objects to this course of action, you have until 5:55pm (five minutes before I make the new round) to dissuade me.
