no dvd bonus cd at some stores

well i sent an email complaining to best buy about how i didn't get the bonus cd with the dvd. this is the response I got, which may help answer qs other people have about the lack of the bonus cd

Dear Ms. Etten:

Thank you for contacting Best Buy in regard to the U2 Elevation DVD that you
have purchased.

I can certainly understand it is frustrating when you do not receive all of
the items that you expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and
frustration that you have described in your email. The promotional CD was
only available at select throughout the country. Unfortunately, our Amherst
store was not one of the stores that received the promotional CDs.

Thank you for sharing your comments with Best Buy. Please do not hesitate
to contact us if you have any further questions or comments.

ARG!!!!! didn't need to buy the dvd from them since i can't watch it til xmas anyway...the only reason i did was because of the stupid bonus cd.

I knew thqt is was too good to be true. Some stores only had a 100 to give out, It was first come first serve kind of deal.
