"My Time Has Come"; or, What the Hell *is* This mp3?

I'm back on my old computer, which I haven't really used in almost a year, and around every electronic corner there is a surprise. I found another one just a little while ago: a U2 song that I must have downloaded once called "My Time Has Come." It's a very pretty, "Running to Stand Still"-ish song that is probably from around the same time as TUF or TJT. But I don't know where it came from or anything else about it. It's pretty lousy quality, too.

Does anyone know the history on this song? and does anyone know where I might find a cleaner copy? Thanks.

As far as I know it?s an unreleased song that was part of the soundcheck from a concert in Sao Francisco in April 1987, I think. It?s in the bootleg The Joshua Tree on Fire. And it?s really nice.
