My own fave U2 moment of the year!!!

Ciao interferencers,

yesterday two great friends of mine, who will marry in September 2003, asked me if I liked to sing a barebone rendition of U2's "40" at the end of the wedding Mass... ...and I accepted (of course)!

I'm a bit scared...

...but so pleeeeaaaaased!!!!

Thanx for your support.

1) They asked me to sing because they believe I have a nice voice.... ...while I believe my voice is very "mono-tonic".

2) I introduced the groom to the music of the band in 1987 (I had just attended the Modena first gig of The Joshua Tree Tour and I was very excited about it and I influenced a lot of friend of mine). Then we both went to U2 gigs in '93 (Bologna), '97 (Reggio Emilia) and 2001 (Turin).

3) My brother will be present at the wedding with his handycam, so it would be possible to post an audio file of the performance... ...if I don't destroy the song!
