Please vote for the LEAST OVERRATED song.

So basically you are voting for the song you think is MOST UNDERRATED.

This Poll will Run for 1 Day

How to Play
Each album will have a series of rounds of voting. In an album's first round, all songs from the album will be listed and you vote for the song you think is the least overrated (ie, you vote for the most underrated). The song with the most votes is eliminated. This continues through the subsequent rounds until we are left with just one song from each album. These victorious songs proceed to the final, which will be conducted in the same manner until just one song is left, which you can consider to be the most overrated song from that album.
If there's a draw, for most rounds, both songs are eliminated. If there's only 2 or 3 songs left, I'll leave the poll open for another day, when there'll hopefully be a decisive outcome. Thanks to Axver for this text

Fast Cars

For starters, only half of the people owning HTDAAB, have this song. And of the ones who do have Fast Cars on their copy, few proclaimed that they think it's fantastic.

So definitely not overrated.

most of the people on this forum will have heard fast cars. and on that basis i included it.

And, all the previous survivors have had Bomb in - hence this does. It has after all been released for 15 months almost.

Vertigo is *not* underrated. I don't like the song all that much myself, but lots of people do. In fact, many people claim that it's the best rock song U2's ever made and that sort of nonsense. That's not underrating. That's overrating.

For Love and Peace goes the same. That song is not underrated. Look at all the 'alternative tracklists' at this forum. Many of them list Love and Peace as track #1, saying it's the best rock song ever, it's 'experimental' (man I hate that word ). That is not underrating, that's overrating.

And OK, maybe Yahweh isn't overrated. But certainly not less than Fast Cars.

Remember people, a song is not 'least overrated' if you think it deserves better. It's 'least overrated' if there aren't many people claiming it's the best song ever.

Could something between those lines please be included in the start post of next round's thread? Some people seem still not to get it.

haha nice. I don't know if Fast Cars is the BEST song song on the album but...it definitely has both balls and personality! It is fantastic!

Of course different opinions are possible, just in another way:

Opinion 1: "Yahweh is not overrated, because no one talks about it"
Opinion 2: "Yahweh is overrated, in a poll we had last week everyone voted Yahweh as best song"

Those are valid arguments for this subject. But NOT:

Opinion 1: "Yahweh is not overrated, that song r0xx0rs!"
Opinion 2: "Yahweh is overrated, that song sucks."

Well without causing an argument, because I hate when threads get turned into two people arguing between each other, I belive that I am entitled to my own opinion of what is or isn't underrated....I happen to be a relatively smart person, and I know the definition of a great many words...

I don't feel I should have to explain myself, but since it seems necessary, I view Vertigo to be underrated, as it gets bashed quite often, and I happen to think there is much more to the song then Bono saying 1,2,3,14 in Spanish, for some reason people don't seem to have the ability to overlook that little fact.

That being said, I'm done speaking on the matter.
