I heard it's almost as good as Linkin Park's new album Minutes to Mediocrity

Beautiful Day is the best pop song U2's ever made.
Stay is probably their best ballad behind All I Want is You and One.
Mofo has Bono's most raw and emotional lyrics this side of The Unforgettable Fire, plus the 747 guitar.
Discotheque is a fun throwaway dance song.

So all 4 are good songs, at least in my opinion.
