I have spoken with the media relations people at Apple and they have clearly stated that it does not come preloaded and they are aware of the media outlets stating that it does. From what they told me the iPod PR people are working on that issue as we speak. I actually called them about a week and a half ago.

I thought it was a bit misleading when the campaign started and they said it would come preloaded with the new album. It's doesn't.

Anyway, priority shipping … two days!

Now the hard part is coming up with an orangizational structure for your folders, Playlist, etc.
