does this count ?

was in my mates car and i put my POP disk in and got half way through and someone said " ekkk dont like coldplay "

i was like

:|

" this aint no coldplay foo, this is u toooo"

that's sickening.

at a little league game with music, they played several u2 songs: vertigo, all because of you, and discotheque

I was grocery shopping, when I suddenly heard One playing over the radio/PA system in the store. And not only that, but it was the original One, not the butchered version featuring she-who-must-not-be-names. Then, as I migrated to the nearest speaker (over by the butter), I stumbled across a very nice silver watch someone carelessly lost. Said watch is now at home on my wrist. If it weren't for U2, I probably would not have found it. It was an Achtung Baby miracle. (I am in a straaaaaaange mood).

Yesterday I heard COBL on the radio, followed by One with Mary J. Blige, yesterday evening I heard One (original version) on the TV as background music of a documentary. Today I heard One (with Mary) from the headphones of a friend :|

One all over the place here.

In my local shopping center there is a TV-audio store which always has one big screen playing the Slane Castle DVD on repeat for months now. I always like to guess which song is playing by looking at which guitar Edge is sporting. Inside you can hear the music pretty good. I once asked an employee if by now he had gotten pretty sick of seeing/hearing that DVD. He was but his collegues weren't.

You'd think by now they could occasionally pop in the Chicago DVD.

I had one of those days, driving for 2 1/2 hours where I just kept flipping the station and I heard New Year's Day, Streets, COBL, Who's gonna ride your wild horses, and Beautiful day.

It makes me feel that all is right with the world.

Today at the mall I kept thinking I could hear the intro of WTSHNN, in various places. But I was probably imagining it.

EDIT: Okay, a train just went by down the road, and it sounded like the very beginning of Streets.... I think I may be ready for my own personal padded cell...

This was yesterday but the power went out last night and I couldn't post.

I was at the Pacific Island Club water park here on Saipan with my 7/8 grade students, lying in the sun next to activity pool when they started playing "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" over the pool bar PA system. They cut it off half way through though. Not sure why.

i was at SCHLITTERBAHN for all of you who know what that is...and i heard I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For

i was desperately trying to find speakers to listen to it as we were walking

my friend, who owns the Joshua Tree, sang a little bit with me...my friend's dad just smiled...and this one girl with us said 'oh yeah are you like a big U2 fan?' and i say something like 'heck yes'

my story

I heard Even better than the real thing, Elevation, City of blinding lights, and Original of the Species on the radio today. First day in ages the radio was worth listening to.

I was at a Christian rock concert at my church, and the music playing before the concert (i think it was the band's mix) and it had beautiful day on it, and i was walking around singing it to anyone who would listen

snippet of Elevation during a world cup soccer game (or commerical--I wasn't in the same room as the TV) last night and also the other night at my karate class Vertigo. I started jumping up and down when it came on and my instructor looked at me very strangely.

yesterday, I pulled into a gas station and I was listeningto Original of the Species on my ipod. I turned off my car and Original of the Species was playing on the radio at the gas station.

freaky

I've been at a conference in Vegas and heard U2 every day this week -- in the MGM Grand casino, in the Bellagio, in the Apple store and in Fedex Kinkos.

Btw, the MGM Grand has kind of a gallery on the (loooong) walk to the convention center. Stars who have played at the arena have their pictures up on the wall -- everyone from Madonna to the Stones to Britney -- but U2 is missing,

Saw U2 on Iconoclasts with Michael Stipe and Mario Bateli on the Travel Channel about 20 minutes ago. It repeats at 12am central time if anyone else is interested in catching it. They show about 5 minutes of them at the Toronto show, and the group talking to Michael etc. All around very cool show, check it out.

Re: Heard U2 today? Where were U?

I heard:
Vertigo

food shopping in Stop & Shop and got really happy fast. [/B]

This happens to me all the time, I just stop, sing and do a little dance. It can be quite embarrassing!

Today I heard Stuck in a Moment at a christening reception on the xm radio. I was holding the baby at the time and we danced!

I just saw the Adam Sandler Movie "Click" and they played Ultraviolet durring the climax  I couldn't believe it. My friends had to help calm me down.
