I read somewhere that they were performing a different 'Live' version of Vertigo on Top of The Pops on channel BNN at 4PM today. I forgot to set the video.

Can any Dutch people on here confirm if they are playing so I can make a mad dash home and set the video?

No it wasn't, it was a backing track, only Bono was live.
You can hear it when the last chorus starts, there are two guitars, but only one Edge.

BTW I like the extra guitar on the last chorus, it seems like a kind of solo

Yep - got it! It was a different version to what has been shown on UK TV so far. In the studio for Top of The Pops instead of the one outside BBC Broadcasting House! cool!
