Thanks Axver for trying to answer my question, I personally don't think that this concert has ever been publicly broadcast, even just clips, so it seems likely that crew members are responsible for its leaking. But seeing as, to the best of my knowledge, each and every U2 show is professionally filmed by their own team, why did they choose to release this particular concert. Did they feel that this show was one of the bands best and showed them at the top of the game (if so, they were right, we're lucky to have a visual represenation of such a good show) or was this the only show they could get their hands on? I guess we'll never know.
