Where do you see Larry's best contribution ever?

These come to my mind immediately...

1. The Refugee
2. Rejoice
3. The Electric Co.
4. Like A Song

good choices, i think "Acrobat" is up there. And because of that classic opening riff, I'd say "Sunday bloody sunday"

The JT tour version of WOWY

Sunday Bloody Sunday
Desire
Please (Live)
New Year's Day
Stuck in a Moment
Miracle Drug (for the vocals :) )

honestly though, for HTDAAB its close between LAPOE, COBL, AMAAW and Crumbs for Larry's best work in respect to the newest album

Definitely NOT the studio version of Ultraviolet.

I'd probably say it's a toss-up between Pride and Sunday Bloody Sunday.

Cheers,

I'd say Larry's best work is anything on Passengers. You could really hear a joy in his drumming on that record. A happiness being chanelled through his drum sticks, you could say.

I have to say overall I think Larry's drums had a lot more energy in the first three albums... don't get me wrong, he's still a great drummer (especially on HTDAAB - Love and Peace or Else, Miracle Drug, and Sometimes come to mind) but I feel like his best work was on the earlier songs...Sunday Bloody Sunday and I Will Follow, for example. Rejoice, Like a Song, The Refugee, Electric Co, Stories for Boys... there are excpetional later ones as well - ASOH, Bullet, The Fly, Acrobat, Numb, Mofo, Miami, New York, and a lot of HTDAAB. I'd say HTDAAB has his best drumming since Pop at least, but perhaps Achtung.
